V1 has no FrameRoam sign-in or cloud backup. Delete local projects and pending imports in the app. Restore Purchases restores Pro access, not deleted project files.
For access, correction or deletion requests about purchase information or an account from an earlier test build, email the address above. We may request limited information to identify the record and verify your authority. Never send passwords, tokens or full payment-card details.

Where can I download FrameRoam?
FrameRoam is in beta. Join the beta to start testing on TestFlight. Our download page will link to the App Store when the app is available.
What kind of scenes does it use?
V1 implements SPZ v2/v3, standard binary Gaussian-splat PLY and ZIP files containing one compatible PLY or SPZ, including single-scene Polycam exports. Mesh/ordinary point-cloud PLY, ASCII/packed PLY and multi-scene archives are not supported. Compatibility and device limits must be validated for your export; include its format and size in reports.
How do I import a shared scene?
Share to FrameRoam, save the copy, then manually open FrameRoam and choose where to import it. “Saved for import” means the copy is queued, not yet ready to render. Shared files may offer Open existing or Import another copy. Another copy uses additional storage and counts toward the three-scene limit on both Free and Pro.
Can I send feedback before launch?
Yes. Tell us about your creative workflow and what you would like to plan with FrameRoam using the email above.
